Inclusion Criteria: * biopsy proven small cell lung cancer * referred for standard chemotherapy * oral and written informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * metal or electronical devices in the body not compatible with MRI of brain or thorax * pregnancy or lactation * communication difficulties
