Inclusion Criteria: * Documented diagnosis of NSCLC UICC stage IIIB/IV or pancreatic cancer UICC stage III/IV * Start of the first line palliative systemic treatment * Ability to read and understand German * Written informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * None
