Inclusion Criteria: * Stage III-IV larynx, pharynx, oral cavity * Hypoxic FAZA-PET positive * Indication for primary radio-chemotherapy * Informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * HPV positive oropharynx cancer * Primary surgery
