Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer. * Prior treatment with a checkpoint inhibitor (as appropriate per cohort) * Adequate bone marrow and organ function Exclusion Criteria: * Uncontrolled tumor in the brain * Unacceptable toxicity with prior checkpoint inhibitor * Impaired heart function
