Inclusion Criteria: * Males or females \>18 years of age; * Have a serous effusion; * Scheduled for a diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedure to remove serous fluid ( Puncture of serous cavity). Exclusion Criteria: * Females known to be pregnant;
