Inclusion Criteria: * 18 years old or older * admitted for head and neck surgery with microvascular transplantation due to head and neck tumors Exclusion Criteria: * Pregnancy * underage * missing informed consent * revisions and relapse operations * non tumor-associated operations * surgery without microvascular transplants
