Inclusion Criteria: * Bethesda system of reporting thyroid cytology (BSRTC) group 5-6 on pre-operative FNAB from the nodule (\>1cm) * Undergoing thyroid surgery (histology of index nodule) Exclusion Criteria: * Not undergoing thyroid surgery
