Inclusion Criteria: * Solid tumor * No standard treatment option * PS 0-1 * Lesion assessable for biopsy * Measurable disease * Informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * Life expectancy \< 3 months * Bone marrow suppression * Abnormal renal or hepatic function * Serious concurrent medical conditions
