Inclusion Criteria: * Patients with gastric adenocarcinoma who scheduled to undergo open gastrectomy * Informed consents Exclusion Criteria: * Pregnant * Ascites * Liver dysfunction * Renal failure * Past history of abdominal operation or small bowel obstruction
