Inclusion Criteria: * Prostate cancer patients receiving ADT for at least 3 months * Healthy age and BMI matched controls Exclusion Criteria: * severe cardiovascular disease * severe arthritis * severe neuropathy * severe hypertension * therapy with antidiabetic agents * VO2max \> 30.
