Inclusion Criteria: * Those patients undergoing colonoscopy for screening or surveillance of colon polyps will be included in this study. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with known polyposis syndromes, inflammatory bowel disease, allergy to fluorescein, or refusal to provide informed consent.
