Inclusion Criteria: * Age \> 18 years old * mediastinal lymphadenopathy on Chest CT scan * with a short-axis \> 10mm Exclusion Criteria: * patients intolerant to bronchoscopy exam * unstable vital sign (Blood pressure, heart rate, breath rate)
