Inclusion Criteria: * surgery of breast cancer at University of Campinas * axillary lymph node dissection * injury of shoulder range of motion Exclusion Criteria: * bilateral surgery * previous radiotherapy * bone metastasis in homolateral upper limb * axillary web syndrome
