Inclusion Criteria: * moderate Hypercholesterolemia (total cholesterol \> 5.2 mmol/L) * age 20-75 years Exclusion Criteria: * intake of lipid-lowering pharmaceuticals * intake of nutritional supplements * allergy against legumes * intolerance against milk protein * pregnancy, lactation * chronic bowel diseases
