Inclusion Criteria: * preoperative PSA\>20ng/ml * postoperative PSA \>0.2 ng/ml * Gleason \> 7 * pT3b * signated infomed consent Exclusion Criteria: * neoadjuvant hormonaltherapy before RP * R1 RP * N+ RP * unstable cncomitant conditions
