Inclusion Criteria: * Breast cancer diagnosis node-positive or high risk node negative * Estrogen receptor (ER) negative or ER positive (stage IIA, IIB or IIIA) disease. Exclusion Criteria: * Metastatic breast cancer * Clinically significant cardiac disease
