Inclusion Criteria: * Localized breast cancer * Average to above average fatigue * Planning radiation therapy Exclusion Criteria: * History of acupuncture treatment * Allergy to stainless steel * Pacemaker * Anticoagulant therapy * Known bleeding disorder * Metastatic breast cancer * Seizure disorder
