Inclusion Criteria: * Advanced or metastatic pretreated NSCLC * Measurable disease * Adequate hematologic, hepatic and renal functions * ECOG Performance Status of 0-2 Exclusion Criteria: * Inability to swallow capsules * Recent significant cardiovascular disease * Woman who are pregnant or breastfeeding
