EMA — European public assessment reports (centrally authorised medicines)
EU regulatory layer (CLAUDE.md §13, jurisdiction EU / authority EMA, centralised procedure): every human medicine of the EMA "medicines" data download whose ATC code is L01/L02, whose MeSH therapeutic area names a cancer entity, or whose therapeutic indication mentions an oncology term — one dated, country-aware approval row per (medicine, active substance) with the official summary of the therapeutic indication, the marketing-authorisation status (authorised / withdrawn, lapsed, expired, revoked, suspended), conditional-approval and accelerated-assessment flags, orphan / PRIME / advanced-therapy flags and the EMA product number. Refused and withdrawn applications and pending opinions are kept in the raw lake only. Cancer mapping from the indication text is conservative and flagged PROBABILISTIC; supportive-care indications never yield a cancer.
