NCBI ClinVar (variant_summary)
Public archive of human variation–phenotype interpretations. CancerIndex ingests the weekly variant_summary.txt.gz bulk file restricted to GRCh38 rows whose reported conditions are neoplastic or hereditary cancer-predisposition syndromes (documented regular expression), plus rows carrying a somatic clinical impact or oncogenicity classification. Aggregate germline classification, review status/stars, conditions and coordinates are kept in their native structure (variant_clinical_significance).
